Basic elements and principles of drawing. A problematic approach to the process of seeing and drawing through an applied investigation of natural and man-made forms.
Course Objectives
Primary focuses of this course included understanding perspective, space, and proportion. Various mediums were used, such as graphite pencils or charcoal, and still lifes were sketched in an 18" x 24" sketchpad.

Outcomes
As a result of this course, Megan Marie is able to accurately convey perspective, proportion, and space within her illustrations. Skills such as measuring distance with her pencil and knowledge of human proportions have carried over to coursework in Fashion Illustration.
